Some interesting notes on weekly high mileage versus focus on quality training and cross training.  

I think this guy is a beast and we can’t exactly take his methodology for the average joe. He still does 3 hour long runs and high intensity stuff.  He has been acclimated to a higher level for years now.  I still believe the rest of us need the volume to acclimate our bodies and prevent injuries.
