Strength: Clean and Jerk 3x5WOD as shown. I subbed HSPU.
Hurt my back today doing C&J, my form has gone to shit. I think it was from all the Hang Power Cleans Saturday. I’m going to focus on some really heavy rack pulls this week if I’m not injured.
We’re heading to do a chillaxed ride on the Katy this afternoon I think. Yesur.
