Today's WOD
For 15 minutes. Every minute on the minute do 2 OH Squats and 2 clapping pushups. Ex was 135. I tried for one round then went down to 115#.
Also did Snatch practice. Good times.

Crossfitters: Where do you train?
I know there are a lot of crossfitters out there in tumblr land, and started wondering where everyone trains. I’m at Faction Strength and Conditioning (Home of Crossfit Memphis). If you are ever in the area, come see us! Especially the 6 am class. We’re pretty awesome!!

Weight
So…We’re about 11 days into the contest we are having at the gym, the Resolution Solution that I posted about. My starting weight was 178 lbs. This morning I weighed 173 lbs. Pretty nice drop, and a great way to start a Friday.

My stomach/abs, thighs, biceps, everything hurts, I was soooo tired last night and fell asleep earlier than I usually do. Then I wake up to a mountain of crossfit induced pain, haha. I am sure this is only a taste of what is to come, haha.

Anything “sugar free”; “diet” or “fat free” - STOP EATING IT IMMEDIATELY.
Oh, and margarine is not and never has been a food. Butter is NOT bad for you - at least your body knows how to break it down and eliminate it! All those chemicals in fake sugars and in margarine should NEVER be consumed.
