One Year Progress/Gains
So my “race season” is pretty much over. Here are some gains that I’ve made over the last year. I feel really good about them:
February-April 2011 PR’s:
Deadlift: 365 lbs.
Squat: 285 lbs.
Overhead Press: 135 lbs.
50K Time 6:42
50 Mile Time: 12:20
February-April 2012 PR’s:
Deadlift: 418lbs.
Squat: 308 lbs.
Overhead Press: 155 lbs.
50K Time: 6:03

I don’t think random gym guy appreciated it when I asked if I could jump in on his squat rack between sets…and I didn’t have to take any plates off.
He actually asked me 3 times if he could help me take plates off and every time I’d say no he’d say “are you sure????”.
Then he asked “what do you weight??”
I may have bruised his ego.
Haha! Nice!
